  • AboutComfort in the Chaos is a nonprofit community built for people living with mental health challenges, medication complexity, and the exhaustion of trying to advocate for themselves in systems that don’t always listen. We focus on polypharmacy awareness, safer medication use, and practical self-advocacy. Our work is grounded in lived experience and designed to help people feel less alone, more informed, and more confident when navigating care. Here you’ll find supportive education, real-world tools, and a community that values respect, belonging, and human dignity. Whether you’re managing multiple medications, tapering, recovering from medical harm, or supporting someone you love, you are welcome here. We believe clarity saves lives. We believe questions are allowed. And we believe people deserve to be treated as whole human beings — not a diagnosis, a label, or a problem to manage.
