And Mentorship Program:
Business Building Basics From The Basement
Build A Real Business From The Ground Floor — With Structure, Support, And Accountability For Virtual Assistants.
Build a real business from the ground floor — with structure, support, and accountability.
Our Mission
Business Building Basics From The Basement is a Virtual Assistant Training & Mentorship Program designed to support neurodivergent individuals, people navigating social anxiety, and purpose-driven Virtual Assistants who want clarity, confidence, and sustainable work — without burnout.
This program exists because people deserve to know what they are learning, why it matters, and what is expected — from the beginning.
What “From The Basement” Means
Before tactics. Before tools.
Before selling.
Business Building Basics From The Basement starts at ground level.
- Who you are
- Who you serve
- What you will and will not do for clients
- How you describe yourself professionally
- How you build relationships without burning out
This is a clarify, think, decide, and act program — with support when you fall and accountability when you stall.
Who Is This Program For
This program is for Virtual Assistants who:
- Want to build a business serving U.S. small business owners
- Are willing to start with fundamentals
- Value structure and follow-through
- Want mentorship, not micromanagement
- Are ready to contribute to a mission while building their own future
Applicants can be from anywhere in the world, as long as they have a reliable internet system.
This is not a job, and it is not casual volunteering.

- Be positioned to continue building without burnout

- Someone Who Has Failed, Rebuilt, And Learned More Than Most People Ever Attempt
- Challenge: Bring A Question That Stumps Old Earl
Every Tuesday from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, participants attend a live Zoom marketing classroom hosted by Earl Flormata.
Earl is not a partner in this program. He is a respected educator and someone valuable to know.
His mission is to help one million small business owners become millionaires — for free — in a classroom environment.
Participation in this weekly session is part of the learning experience.
Monthly Tech Workshop
Participants also receive access to a monthly tech workshop held on the
third Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
- Tools and platforms
- Setup and troubleshooting
- Skill reinforcement
- Confidence and clarity
- No one is expected to figure things out alone.
Tools & Resources Provided
Participants receive access to:
- Canva Pro through the organization
- A shared team calendar
- Login access to the charity’s platform
- Guided, hands-on practice inside real systems
The first two classes of Module One are practiced directly inside the charity platform — learning by doing, not watching.
As participants demonstrate consistency, we hold collaborative conversations about next steps — what the participant needs to thrive and what the charity needs in return for deeper collaboration.
Nothing is automatic.
Everything is intentional.
